Terms of Service

1. Services

Assar Cleans provides professional home cleaning services across London including standard cleaning (one-off and regular), deep cleaning, end of tenancy cleaning, and commercial cleaning. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Bookings

A booking is confirmed once we have responded to your enquiry and agreed a date, time and price. Submitting a form on our website constitutes an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. We will confirm all bookings directly via phone or email.

3. Cancellations

We ask for at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a booking without charge. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the agreed service price.

4. Payment

Payment is due on completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. We accept bank transfer and card payment. Prices quoted are based on the information provided at time of booking — additional charges may apply if the property condition differs significantly from what was described.

5. Access to Property

The client is responsible for ensuring our cleaners have access to the property at the agreed time. If access is not possible at the scheduled time, a call-out fee may apply.

6. Complaints and Redress

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 48 hours of the clean. We take all complaints seriously and will arrange a return visit to rectify any issues at no additional cost where reasonable.

7. Liability

Assar Cleans is insured for public liability. We take reasonable care when working in your home but we cannot be held responsible for pre-existing damage or fragile items not disclosed at time of booking. Please secure or remove any valuables or fragile items before your clean.
