1. Services

Assar Cleans provides cleaning services through subcontracted professionals. Services include, but are not limited to, residential, commercial, Airbnb, and end of tenancy cleaning.

2. Bookings & Cancellations

• Clients must provide accurate information during quote requests.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Subcontractors

All cleaning work is performed by independent contractors vetted by Assar Cleans. While we strive for quality and reliability, we are not liable for damages caused by subcontractors beyond our control.

4. Payments

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur a fee.

5. Liability

We are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damages

• Losses due to inaccurate information provided by the client

• Delays caused by force majeure (e.g., extreme weather, illness)

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. Clients will be notified via email or website updates.
